  1. PLACING AN ORDER, MEASURING MISTAKES, ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS
    Ordering & InstallationTo ensure a perfect fit, all products are installed based solely on measurements taken by our team. Please make sure all windows are fully finished before we carry out any measuring.We cannot accept responsibility for products that do not fit if modifications are made to the window recess after our measurements have been taken.Payment Information

    A 50% deposit is required to place your order, with the remaining balance due on the day of installation. We accept most major credit and debit cards (excluding American Express) as well as bank transfers.

  2. CHANGING OR CANCELLING MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED
    As all of our products are made to measure, we’re unable to accept changes or cancellations once an order has been placed. This ensures that every item is crafted specifically for you and processed without delay. We recommend double-checking all details before completing your purchase.
  3. Product warranty & Product warranty extensions
    All of our products include a standard manufacturer’s warranty, the details of which may vary depending on the supplier. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. Please note that we do not offer warranty extensions beyond what is provided by the product’s manufacturer or supplier.
